Only one monthly rent must be paid to the landlord upon signing the contract, by bank transfer within 72 hours of booking confirmation on HousingAnywhere. After moving in, the tenant will pay from the third month onwards.

This bedroom is a cozy and functional space for rest and relaxation, as well as work and study.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed with a slatted base, perfect for a good night's sleep. The bed is placed against the wall with a window facing south, which allows for natural light to enter the room. Next to the bed, there is a night table for keeping small items within reach, and a spacious wardrobe is available for hanging clothes and storing other items.
