The apartment is located in a central and strategic area, on the fifth floor of a condominium provided with an elevator and thermal coat since 2024. It is luminous and very spacious, developing over an area of 120 square meters. Composed of 5 single rooms, the common area includes a kitchen with an exit to the balcony and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is partially renovated in function of everything our students and young workers need. Completed with WI-FI, washing machine and equipped kitchen.

The room is bright and equipped with complete furniture (single bed, 3-door wardrobe, desk with storage, bedside table, mirror, shoe rack and bookcase).
