Wunderflats üzerinde rezervasyon talebini gönderirsin ve ev sahibi onaylayana kadar senden ücret alınmaz. Talebin kabul edildikten sonra ilk ayın ödemesini onların platformunda yaparsın; senden ek belge istenebilir, örneğin:
- Kimlik kartı veya pasaport
- Ödeme gücü belgesi
Haydi, içeri gir
Varış tarihinizi, anahtar teslimini ve diğer her şeyi doğrudan ev sahibinizle görüşün. Ayrıca çoğu sağlayıcının, eve varışınızdan yalnızca 48 saat sonra paranızı ev sahibine aktardığını da unutmayın.

The studio 1 room apartment is located in the converted attic of an apartment building in Ulm Söflingen. In the immediate vicinity of shops and connections to local transport by bus and tram.
The apartment is located near the Science Park industrial center and the University of Ulm, the University Clinics and the Bundeswehr Hospital.
We offer an extraordinary, completely open-plan design and modern equipment.

The living area is furnished with a sofa, side table, sideboard and TV as well as a dining table with 2 chairs.

A desk with swivel chair separates the living area from the dining area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cookware, cutlery and other kitchen utensils. The following devices are also available: microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee/pad machine.

The sleeping area has a double bed as well as a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

The bathroom, includes a shower, toilet and vanity with mirror. A laundry collector is available here.

Iron and ironing board are available as well as bed linen and towels.

2 sets of keys for the apartment are included, additional keys can be provided.
