Rare 140 m2 historic home with roof terrace in central Utrecht

Beautiful and distinctive furnished home in the historic centre of Utrecht, available for temporary rental for approximately 3–4 months.

This house is available while I am abroad and offers considerably more space and character than a typical furnished rental. The house has four floors, with original wooden beams, beautiful traditional windows and a warm, stylish interior. It offers a spacious living room with a separate TV corner, a separate dining room, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedroom, separate office / study and bathroom with large shower and a bathtub.

A particular highlight is the outdoor space: the house has both a private roof terrace near the living room and a balcony adjoining the bedroom, offering a rare opportunity to enjoy outdoor space right in the middle of the city.

The property is bright and atmospheric throughout and combines historic Utrecht charm with modern comfort. From the house, shops, restaurants, cafés, cultural venues and public transport are all within easy walking distance. The main train station is also only an 8 minute walk away if you wish to visit Amsterdam and the rest of the Netherlands.

Ideal for a professional, couple, expat or academic looking for a comfortable temporary home in one of Utrecht's most central and characteristic locations.
