- Kimlik kartı veya pasaport
- Ödeme gücü belgesi

Varış tarihinizi, anahtar teslimini ve diğer her şeyi doğrudan ev sahibinizle görüşün. Ayrıca çoğu sağlayıcının, eve varışınızdan yalnızca 48 saat sonra paranızı ev sahibine aktardığını da unutmayın.

Offered for rent in Utrecht a spacious, nice room of approximately 16 m² (4 x 4 meters). The room is located in a 3-room apartment with a balcony. You will share the kitchen, bathroom, toilet and the balcony. The bathroom and toilet are separate. The kitchen is in good condition and is equipped with a hob with extractor hood, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. Washing machine is also available. You share all this with two female housemates (around 25 years old). Shopping center is a 5-minute walking distance away. Utrecht Overvecht train station is a 5-minute bike ride away. Bus stop is right next to the apartment building. There is also a nice park in the front of the building for a walk or for jogging. There is free parking available in the front of the building. The room is offered furnished (cupboard, wardrobe, table, chair, curtains and a bed). Smoking (also in your own room), pets and musical instruments are not allowed. Rental price of the room is € 500,- a month, all exclusive. Total price all inclusive (utilities, internet, service charges) will be € 700,- a month. There is a 2 months deposit of € 1.000,-.
