The apartment is BRAND-NEW, JUST RENOVATED, with Modern Style Furniture and it is made up of:
5 Single Rooms, among which one ROYAL SUITE WITH DOUBLE BED, A PRIVATE BATHROOM with bathtub, 3 Single Rooms with double bed, 1 Single Room with single bed, a wide Kitchen with Terrace, Living Relax Entry and a
huge Terrace-Loggia for common use.
The apartment is situated in a Central street, Via Carducci, a few steps away from the the pedestrian area, near
Piazza Donatori del Sangue. The apartment is in the heart of the Old Town of Mestre, 2 minutes walking from
the main Squares, such as Piazza Ferretto and Piazza Barche.
In the neighbourhood you can find anything you need: In front of the house there are two Supermarkets,
the Public Library where many students gather to study. There are also a lot of bars, restaurants and pubs where
young people go and the gym John Reed.
Just outside the door you can also find the bus stop Craducci-Felisati, where you can catch the bus to Venice.
The Tram Stop is 50 metres away.
This includes:

- An Apartment Manager at your disposal to help you in everything you need
You will also have a group of the apartment in case of need or emergency and to communicate with your Apartment Manager. We will intervene with our technicians, so you will not have to worry about anything 😊
The rental agreements are individual.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must:
✔ Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration
⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
🔔 Please note: Rent payments are made bimonthly or quarterly.
