The apartment is situated around the final part of Corso del Popolo, one minute’s walk from the Main Squares, such as Piazza XXVII Ottobre. Here you can find the Bar AquaAlta, very famous for the happy hours. Very close to it, there’s also Piazza Barche, with the Shopping Centre COIN and Piazza Ferretto, which are pedestrian areas.
In the neighbourhood you can find anything you need: in front of the apartment there are stores, banks, a mini-market and a greengrocer; the Supermarket PAM is also 5 minutes away from the apartment.
In the area, you can catch both the bus and the tram to go to the Island of Venice. The tram stop is in Via Cappuccina, whereas the bus stop is in Corso del Popolo.
In the building there are only 6 apartments, therefore it is very quiet and private. The apartment is very bright, there’s parquet everywhere and it has been totally renovated.
It is divided into two floors and there’s an internal stair that allows you to go from the 2nd to the 3rd floor.
