The apartment is clean, well maintained, fully furnished and equipped. It consists of 6 bedrooms, all facing the garden, fully furnished kitchen and 3 bathrooms: one huge bathroom with a laundry machine, standing drying racks, , shower, and comfortable shelves for everybody + there is a shower room + second toilet room.
Kitchen is fully fitted, modern with all necessary appliances: oven, microwave, cooker, dishes, plates etc.
Each room is bright and sunny, has its individual entrance, is lockable and equipped with real bed with comfortable mattress, big wardrobe, bookshelf, desk, chair.
Apartment is located on the lower ground floor , its window faces well-maintained garden but there is a wooden fence giving you privacy.
Prime location: Warsaw Upper Mokotów, near Metro Wilanowska (subway) and Puławska street, close to shapping mall Westfield Mokotów, and to the Mokotow office centre.
Only 4 minutes walk to Metro Wilanowska, 1 minute walk to tram stop in Puławska, 10 minutes by Metro to city center, walking distance to the Mokotów business centre and to shopping mall Westfield Mokotów.
Easy connection with public transport to all parts of Warsaw. Very well connected with schools and universities for instance to Vistula, SGH, Warsaw University of Technology (WUT), Lazarski University (walking distance), SGGW, Warsaw University. There is also a direct tram No 18 to Kozminski University,
There are several parks nearby with summer weekly events like public picnic Targ Śniadaniowy (Breakfast Market) each Sunday in the park just two minutes walk from the building with delicious food from numerous foodtrucks .
Apartment building is surrounded by a garden with a fish pond where you can relax. Everything you need within a walking distance – shops, supermarkets, restaurants, parks, swimming pool, well equipped gyms, bike paths, cinema, shopping centers, several Biedronka shops, convenience grocery shops close to the building etc.
Windows in the building are sound-proof which makes the building very quiet despite convenient proximity of main streets (Puławska street, Al. Niepodległości), Metro, many trams and buses. Fast internet in the building available free of charge.
Regular cleaning of common areas is included in price with no extra cost for you, however please note that as in any shared flat each of the tenants is expected to clean each time he/she uses a bathroom or a kitchen, and to participate in maintaining general cleanliness in the flat.
Apart from single rooms we have several 2-bedroom apartments for rent in the same building and studio flats in other Warsaw's location, so do not hesitate to ask if there is more than one or two people to accommodate.
