Stafford House is excellent student accommodation in Wellington that offers comfy shared apartments near The Aurora Centre. Moreover, Victoria University of Wellington, Pipitea Campus is a 4-minute walk away and Massey University, Wellington Campus is a 9-minute drive away from the accommodation making it ideal for students attending these universities.

The accommodation has functional and comfortable rooms, featuring all the essential furniture for a productive and relaxing living space. The bed is positioned against the wall, with soft pillows and a warm comforter inviting you to rest and unwind after a busy day. There is a spacious study table with a chair, perfect for studying or working from home. A sturdy drawer is located next to the study table, providing additional storage space for personal belongings. The multiple compartments in the drawer offer an organized way to keep your things tidy and accessible. The shared kitchen has a dining table, fridge, and all the modern appliances to cook delicious meals. Anitas Convenience Store is a few blocks away so, students won't have to travel far for grocery shopping. Colonial Cafe is right outside the accommodation to get a cup of coffee on way to the university.

The building is well-connected to public transport with multiple bus stops available in the vicinity. The Terrace at Aurora Terrace (near 70) bus stop is just a minute walk away and Lambton Quay North - Stop C bus stop is a 2-minute walk away from the property.

This property does not offer a cooling off period, all contracts are legal and binding.
