Furnished room of approximately 12 sqm, located on the ground floor. Central and quiet location near the S-Bahn station Rennweg, 3rd district Landstraße, Vienna. The City Park, Botanical Garden of the University of Vienna, Belvedere Palace and Museum, Sacré Coeur Institute, Rudolfstiftung Hospital, Municipal Hospital of Vienna, and the 1st district (neighboring district) Schwarzenbergplatz are within a 5-8 minute walk. The apartment entrance is on the street side, with a glass portal and new PVC glass door. The room has a single bed (solid pine wood), wardrobe (solid pine wood), desk, and chair.

Shared use of the open living kitchen (large kitchen table/desk made of solid pine wood, chairs, upper kitchen cabinets, sink, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, washing machine, and induction cooktop), laundry room (mirror cabinet and rolling under-sink cabinet), shower, and WC. Laminate flooring, gas combi boiler for gas heating and hot water.

Infrastructure: S-Bahn station Rennweg (S1, S2, S3, S7, S15) and tram lines 18, 71, O, as well as bus line 77A. The S-Bahn provides quick access to the Wien Mitte transport hub, Rennweg, Hauptbahnhof Südtiroler Platz, Praterstern, or the airport (S7). Campus-Vienna-Biocenter 1, 1030 Vienna can be reached in about 10 minutes by tram 18 or 71. MDW – University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna is 15 minutes by public transport. Central European University Vienna is 20 minutes by public transport. Vienna University of Economics and Business is 20 minutes by public transport.

For drivers, direct access to the Southeast Tangent A23 is the fastest connection to the airport motorway A4 and the southern motorway A2. Parking is available directly in front of the house.

Many shopping options are in the immediate vicinity: Rennweg Center, supermarkets Billa, Bipa, DM Drogerie Markt, Lidl, Hofer, Penny, restaurants, bakery Ströck, Back Werk, Erste Bank, pharmacy, etc. (within a 1-5 minute walk).
