For the period from December 20, 2026, to March 20, 2027, I am renting out my lovingly furnished two-room apartment on Walkmühlstraße in Wiesbaden. A cozy temporary home for a single person – whether for a business stay or as a transition between two apartments.

The 45 m² apartment is located on the fourth floor of an apartment building without a lift. Parquet flooring and sloped ceilings give it a special charm. The apartment includes a terrace and a bathroom with a bathtub.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything one needs for daily life. The bed measures 1.40 × 2 meters; bed linen and towels are provided.

The fitted kitchen offers an induction hob, a large fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, an automatic coffee machine, and a kettle. Crockery and kitchen utensils are also available. Further amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a dryer. For relaxed evenings, a foot massager and a shoulder and neck massager are also available.

The location combines short distances to the city with proximity to nature: both the city center and the forest are reachable in about ten minutes on foot. Several bus stops are directly in front of the door or very close by. The bus ride to the main train station takes approximately ten minutes. Supermarkets and a pharmacy are around the corner. Parking is possible on the street without a resident parking permit; a private parking space is not part of the apartment.

Since I will be abroad during this time, I am looking for a reliable, responsible single person who will take careful care of my home. The apartment is rented exclusively to non-smokers. Pets and parties are not allowed.
