In spring 2019 apartment opened this apartment house in Wolfsburg. 68 fully equipped apartments from Xtra Smart to Xtra Luxury with the best connection from Vorsfelde to Wolfsburg and the possibilty to have breakfast at „Mutter Grün“, a fine organic supermarket on the ground floor with a nice snack department (small continental breakfast for EUR 7.00 per person; Mondays to Saturdays from 7-12 am) awaits the guests. Public transport stops are located in front of the door and the bus takes only about 12 minutes driving time to reach the first of more than 20 factory entrances of Volkswagen. The lounge on the ground floor will be available from spring 2020. This also applies to a further 6 apartments that are currently being built in the neighbouring building, a atmospheric old building from the year 1780.
The representative size and the special equipment make life in the luxury apartment a special kind of pleasure. In the bathroom you will appreciate a spacious shower and in the kitchen you can prepare small and large delicacies on the ceramic hob. In the living area you can relax on comfortable armchairs while the Smart-TV is on. The floor is covered with high-quality oak parquet.
