The property is located in the Croatian capital Zagreb, a 10-minute drive from both the medieval Upper Town (Gornji Grad) and the 19th-century Lower Town (Donji Grad) giving guests the opportunity to easily explore all that Zagreb has to offer. The historic upper town features landmarks such as St. Mark's Church with its colourful tiled roof, Lotrščak Tower and the Zagreb Cathedral.

For nature lovers, Maksimir Park, the oldest public park in Zagreb, offers a peaceful retreat with lakes, walking paths and a zoo.
