Welcome to our 23sqm design 1BDR apt, located in the vibrant area of Zagreb few steps from the Botanical Garden, National Theater the Ban Jelačić Square, near the amazing city park "Zrinjevac" where the most popular Christmas fair in Europe is held.

All major attractions are in a walking distance from the apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need for a perfect stay!

Our modern studio apartment is situated just a few steps away from the heart of the old town! It measures 25sqm.

It comes with a king-size bed.

The kitchenette is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, fridge and induction stovetop. In case you are not in the mood for cooking, there are a lot of restaurants nearby!

The small and cozy balcony is perfect for enjoying a good morning coffee.

The bathroom is modern and comes with a shower cabin, fresh towels and toiletries.

We also provide local coffee, Nescafe and a great variety of local tea.

Flat TV with a cable offers you a variety of local and international channels. We also provide a wide selection of domestic and international magazines and newspapers!

Everything necessary is available in the apartment. There are no shared areas in the building!
