The rental is legally registered as a temporary rental only, with a certificate of occupancy and temporary registration. No couples, minors, or animals of any kind. Close to the metro, buses, and trams. Very commercial area with all kinds of shops and businesses. Near a Bicing station.
Fully equipped with exterior air conditioning, aluminum windows, wooden furniture, kitchen and bathroom accessories, internet included in the price, sheets, towels, blankets, and basic kitchenware.
Two months' notice is required for contract termination.
The security deposit will always be returned by bank transfer.
Maintenance service is included during the stay, provided payments are up to date.
The property has maintenance and coexistence rules.
Scooters, bicycles, and private appliances are not allowed. Registration at the local town hall is only permitted for stays of six months or more. Once your stay has ended, you are required to deregister. If you fail to do so, the property owner will retain your security deposit.
Check-in hours are from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Check-ins outside of these hours will incur a €200 fee.
