SEASONAL RENTAL FOR LEISURE OR HOLIDAY PURPOSES ONLY – MIN. 32 DAYS MAX. 11 MONTHS
We only accept reservations from tenants staying for leisure or holiday purposes.
This apartment is exclusively available for temporary stays related to leisure, holidays, recreational or cultural activities such as congresses, fairs or festivals, as well as short-term work or study stays. The minimum stay is 32 days and the maximum is 11 months.
You will need to provide ID/passport, proof of solvency (contract, payslips, bank statement), and sign a document with the owner declaring that you are staying for leisure and tourism purposes.
Great apartment of 70m2 totally equipped, ready to move in. The apartment has 4 beautiful bedrooms, 3 doubles with big wardrobe and a single bedroom with wardrobe and desk, all the bedrooms are very comfortable and have viscoelastic mattress; All the bedroom has ceiling fans. There’s a dining island, with a table, chairs, and plasma TV. It is on a seventh floor with an elevator, so the flat has a lot of light.
It has a small but nice kitchen, with all the necessary appliances. There ́s central heating in the entire flat, perfect for the winter days and air conditioning for the summer days. Perfect for students or groups of friends with excellent living conditions.
With an unbeatable location, 10-minutes walking from Glories shopping center and just 6 minutes walking from Glories Park. Easy access to supermarkets, shops and leisure places. The closest metro stop is Encants (L2) and Clot (L1-L2) and Renfe. You can also find other transportation options such as buses and bicing.
RENTAL CONDITION:
- Monthly rent: 1700€/month
-Utilities: 260€/month
- Internet: 50€/month
-Agency fee to be paid only once: one month rent + VAT
- Cleaning fee to be paid only once: 240€ VAT included
DEPOSIT:
-RENTALS FROM 1 TO 5 MONTHS: YOU HAVE TO PAY THE EQUIVALENT OF ONE AND A HALF MONTHS' RENT.
-RENTALS FROM 6 TO 11 MONTHS: YOU HAVE TO PAY THE EQUIVALENT OF TWO MONTHS' RENT.
After the reservation is confirmed, you will receive a separate email with the next steps to complete the booking process and organize the check in with the agency. Check ins are possible during the week from Monday to Friday from 09:30am until 17:30pm or after office hours for an extra fee of 85€ + 21% VAT.
