The room includes bed linen: fitted sheet, two pillows with their respective pillowcases, comforter cover and blanket.
It also includes maintenance cleaning every other week of the common areas, technical maintenance service, high speed internet and all utilities included up to the amount indicated in the contract.

✅ Rooms are for single occupancy. Only occasional visitors are allowed.
✅ Contract renewal every 6 months.
