The house was built in the 80s and renovated in 2009 and 2012. The 55sqm granny flat in the basement has its own entrance. It is very quiet and modern furnished ready to move in only with a suitcase. It has a spacious living room, bedroom approx. 24m2 and a spacious separate new fitted kitchen with dining area and a spacious bathroom with shower. Weekly cleaning is available on request for a small fee.
Plenty of free public parking spaces in front of and around the house.
Use of the washing machine plus 5,00EURO per wash-
For a 2nd person an additional cost of 180,00 Euro will be due.

These documents are required:
- SCHUFA information (only for German Residents)
- Copy of the employment contract / last payslip. If student proof of bank financial statement.
