The apartment is located less than a 5-minute walk from the Ospedali Civili di Brescia! It is about a half-hour walk from the historic center and the main squares (Piazza della Loggia and Duomo Vecchio). However, it is only a 20-minute walk from the Accademia di Belle Arti Santa Giulia and a 19-minute bus ride from the Accademia LABA.
The apartment consists of: a Spacious Living Relax Room, a separate fully equipped kitchen, 7 Single Rooms, including 2 double rooms and two singles with a terrace, and 2 bathrooms.
The area is very well-served, with a renowned restaurant, Eden, just steps away, receiving excellent reviews. For fast food lovers, there's a Burger King 5 minutes away, while American Graffiti is 9 minutes away. There are also pizzerias like Italy Top Pizza and enticing pastry shops (Pasticceria Caffetteria Delizie e Sapori, and Pasticceria Rosticceria Siciliana Valle dei Templi). ✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration
⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
