Here are some details about the brand new apartment at Via Valotti, No. 26.
The apartment is currently under renovation, so you will have the opportunity to find a brand new mattress and a room with newly purchased furniture.
DISCOVER THE LOCATION OF THE APARTMENT
The apartment is less than a 5-minute walk from the University of Brescia, just 15 minutes away from Borgo Trento. Additionally, it is a 15-minute walk from the Accademia di Belle Arti Santa Giulia.
The apartment consists of: Relaxing Living Room with a fully equipped kitchen, 5 Single Rooms, and 2 bathrooms.
The area is well-served and very quiet, with amenities such as the renowned pastry shop Bosco Corsica on Via Triumplina, the Leonessa bowling alley for evenings with friends, as well as restaurants, bakeries, and pubs.
Just 5 minutes from the apartment, you'll find the Conad Supermarket, and right across(hidden) Mompiano Metro stop. Next to the pastry shop on Via Triumplina, there's a bus stop where lines 7 and 10 pass.
The price of a suite with a double bed is 490 euros.
Additionally, 80 euros will be added for our ALL-INCLUSIVE FORMULA, which includes:

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must:
✔ Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration
⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
🔔 Please note: Rent payments are made bimonthly or quarterly.
