The entire apartment's size is 81.5m2, on 4th floor/6, equipped with lift, three tenants only.
Location: Yläkartanonkuja two, Espoo Finland.
Condition: good and very clean.
Transportation: metro station 150m, from where metro runs 13min to Aalto campus, 24min to Helsinki center.
But stop: 120m, bus line 544 is good to Metropolia Karamalmi campus, 33 min including walking, and 45min to Laurea Leppävaara.
shop: 250m, open everyday, 7:00--22:00
Total rent: 500+60=560e/m/room, for those who will stay one academic year (~9.5 months)
510+60=570e/m, for those who will stay one semester (~4.5 months)
including charges of water, electricity, heating, waste treatment, high speed WiFi (100MB), laundry, drying room, gym room, bicycle room, weekly sauna.
Principle of rent payment: move-in by days, move-out by month.
Flat mates: two international students, girls, studying at Aalto University
Deposit: 800e
Home insurance: Home insurance: tenant must purchase a home insurance and keep it valid during stay for example a travel insurance which covers the liability of rental accommodation. You will get detailed instruction after booking is accepted. Cost is about 15...18e/m.
When applying, please, tell something about yourself (age, gender, school campus, home university, whether mind to share flat with boy/girl?) for the purpose that my tenants will, to maximum degree, match each other.

Surroundings: quiet and peaceful area with good nature, about 800m to sea side, 950m to swimming pool (lane=50m)
Note: No smoking. No pets. No couples. No parties. No deep-frying in the kitchen.
