PRIVATE ROOM - The apartment is bright and very spacious. 130 square meters of surface. It consists of a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and 6 large single rooms. The apartment is well renovated and furnished with modern furniture according to all that our students need. Equipped with WI-FI, washing machine, equipped kitchen.
The area is residential and the context is particularly peaceful and highly appreciated by students.
Very well served area, close to all the main services, such as supermarket, tramway stop, pharmacy. A few steps from the university centre of Novoli.
If you decide to rent this room you DO NOT NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT!
COSTS
The administration fee is requested in order to cover:
-entrance fee
-contract registration tax
-stamps for contract registration
-final cleaning of the room
-final painting
-insurance
-contractual registration practice
It is possible to check-in from Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 20.00 in the evening.
Please, note that check in on Saturdays and Sundays and during the week after 20.00 will be allowed only in exceptional cases and 60 euro extra will be charged (specified below as Optional Service Cost).
