A newly renovated and fully equipped apartment, in a private complex in the center of Florence, offers you a single bed in a shared bedroom. It is rented only FOR STUDENT and it has a very quiet atmosphere. The bedroom is furnished 2 single beds, 2 wardrobes with mirrored doors, 2 desks, has a private bathroom. All comfort is available for you to make feels like home :) The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a kitchen and three single rooms with their own bathrooms.

This property is located in Via San Zanobi, a few steps from the Santa Maria Novella station and the Duomo of Florence. All shops, restaurants, markets, bars, and landmarks are within walking distance. Public transportation is the best here and it connects all parts of Florence.

RECURRENT EXPENSES TO PAY:
The monthly rent of euro 390 fix price all inclusive ** ecept GAS . .--includes expenses for Wi-FI and Utilities . Non included the gas payed euro 40 at month, with balance with real use at the and of rent

EXPENSES TO PAY ONLY ONCE:

This agency fee includes check-in and check-out costs, contract registration, maintenance costs, assistance in case of breakdown of appliances, WA group dedicated to H24 assistance during the entire period of stay.

- DEPOSIT: a deposit of € 820 is required at the entrance, which will be returned at the end of the period in the absence of damage to the property.

L'appartamento è composto da ingresso cucina soggiorno un corridoio questa camera , e tre camere singole con i loro bagni . L'appartamento è abitato da studenti molto tranquilli ed educati.
