High-quality furnished top floor apartment with good view in a hip location (students, artists, ...) in a lively neighbourhood close to the city centre of Leipzig. Central location near the Lene Voigt Park (with various events in summer), shopping centre with supermarkets (Penny, Kaufland, DM, ...), new Denns organic supermarket, ice cream parlour, restaurant with great beer garden around the corner. The old apartment (built around 1890) is accessible by lift. The apartment is on the 5th floor of the building.
Several tram lines (4, 7 and 15) take you to the city centre in a few minutes (2-3 stops). On foot it takes only a few minutes (less than 15 minutes).
