The apartment is located in Leipzig's Engelsdorf district. There are three supermarkets within a 1-kilometer radius. The motorway exit is approximately 3 kilometers away. Bus stops and the S-Bahn (suburban train) are a 5-minute walk away, and the Paunsdorf Center is a 10-minute walk away.
The bedroom has a large wardrobe and a 1.60 m wide bed. Pillows, duvets, and bed linens are provided.
The living/dining room has a new fitted kitchen with a ceramic hob, stove, and refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Crockery, cutlery, pots, and glasses are provided. Adjacent to the kitchen is a 1.80 m long counter with two bar stools. The smart TV has a satellite connection and is connected to the internet via LAN. Wi-Fi is also available in the apartment. This room features a red two-seater model Multy by Ligne Rosé. It can be fully folded out to provide additional sleeping space, but also offers additional seating/reclining positions for comfortable viewing in front of the TV.
The balcony is accessible from the living/dining room and faces southeast. There are two teak chairs.
The bathroom has a shower and a large corner bathtub. There is also a small sauna. The bathroom also has access to a large roof terrace on the northwest side. There are two additional chairs for relaxing outdoors after a sauna session.
All windows have blinds and are triple-glazed.
Parking spaces are available directly in front of the house on the street.
The monthly rent is a flat rate of €990, including all utilities and electricity costs up to 1,500 kW-hours per year. Additional consumption may be charged accordingly. The security deposit is €990.
