High 3.60 m ceilings and large, light-flooded windows harmonize with modern equipment in the listed, old book printing works from 1898.
The non-smoking apartment is on the 2nd floor and can be easily reached by elevator. A full-surface underfloor heating extends over a total of 42 square meters.
The large box-spring bed and the comfortable sofa bed are ideal for resting after a long stroll through the city. The balcony invites you to enjoy the first rays of sunshine of the day and to start the day perfectly or to relax in the evening. The in-house gym can be used at any time for sporting activities.
