This is a beautiful 2-room apartment on a total of 49 square meters (floor space of 54sqm) in Neckarstadt Ost, not far from the Neckar in Mannheim.
The apartment is located in an old building built in 1910 on the 4th floor (attic) without an elevator. Included in the rent is, among other things, a bicycle to either explore Mannheim or to do the daily errands.
After entering the apartment you come into a small hallway, from which the bathroom is on the right.
The bathroom is a daylight bathroom, it has a small window and also has a bathtub.
In the bathroom, in addition to the sink, toilet, and bathtub, there is a mirror cabinet where you can store utensils. In addition, there is a sink base cabinet and a small cabinet next to the sink for storage. On the walls, there are hooks for towels and shower gel, etc. is on the bathtub shelf in a designated basket.
Bath rugs, towels, etc. are also available and do not need to be brought.
After the bathroom, the kitchen is off to the right, also from the hallway. The kitchen is very spacious and equipped with a new stove & oven and refrigerator. Also in the kitchen is a washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates (breakfast plates, soup plates & flat plates), egg cups, cereal bowls, glasses, cups, cutlery, knives, pots, pans. Adjacent to the living and dining area is the bedroom. This is equipped with a bed, wardrobe, storage, nightstand, and mirror.
Bed linen, comforter, and pillows are also provided.
The apartment is located in Neckarstadt-Ost To the Neckar River it is therefore about 5min, to the next streetcar stop also 5min (University Hospital) and to the long Rötterstraße about 10min. Either you can do your shopping on the long Rötterstraße, or you use the Penny, which is about 200m away from the apartment.
