The Renter is obliged to pay an additional fee equal to 15 percent of the Booking Value, which must be paid once upon arrival. The Booking value is the sum of monthly rents excluding bills. NOTE: In case of modification of the reservation after confirmation, an additional fee of 80 euros will be charged. Additional costs: Cleaning fee - Final cleaning fee 100 euros for beds and private bedrooms 150 euros for studios 200 euros for one-bedroom apartments. Deposit equal to 1.5 rent. Fixed fee for bills - 70 euros/month for private and shared rooms per person, 150 euros/month for studios and 200 euros/month for apartments. Early or late check-in and check-out times. Check-in/check-out times are Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00. If you want to check in/check out outside of business hours or on weekends, an additional fee of 180 euros will be charged.
