This lovely private bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and all-inclusive flatshare in Montpellier is a mix of comfort and design. It has got household furnishings, including a bed with pillows and duvet What is missing is your things to feel at home! The room can be locked if you need intimacy.

All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).

The flatshare can be found in the "Gares" neighborhood, in the heart of Montpellier. Many public transports, restaurants, shops are at your disposal close at hand. The apartment is on floor #4 . It is entirely furnished and includes a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, kettle, pans, kitchen ustensils, crockery, toaster, microwave… The accommodation also contains a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, a clothes rack.
Additionally, you will find cleaning items in the flatshare: broom, dustpan and brush, bagless hoover, mop and bucket… Every furnished flatshare includes all bills: electricity, housing insurance, unlimited wi-fi, condominium fees, water, household waste tax.

All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

With its neoclassical façade and its Greek columns in the foreground, the Saint-Roch train station is a remarkable building you can't miss. It is the nerve centre of Montpellier: both tramways and several busses reach this place and leave to the surrounding areas. The regional and international train networks depart from the very centre of Montpellier. The Planchon squares sits just in front of the train station since 1858 – a small but cosy park where you can spend time in the sun. Fun fact: a Ginkgo Biloba, a massive tree with a circumferences of 4,5 meters (almost 15 feet!) - which was probably planted at the opening of the park, can offer some nice shadows during the hottest days. In this district you’ll find all the facilities you need: supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and concert bars – where you can enjoy your evenings!
