This lovely private bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and all-inclusive flatshare in Montpellier is a mix of comfort and design. It has got household furnishings, including a bed with pillows and duvet What is missing is your things to feel at home! The room can be locked if you need intimacy.

All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).

The flatshare can be found in the "Les Arceaux" neighborhood, in the heart of Montpellier. Several public transports, shops, restaurants are accessible close at hand. The apartment is on floor #2 . It is entirely equipped and includes a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, pans, crockery, kitchen ustensils… The flat also has an iron, a washing machine, an ironing board, a clothes rack.
You will also find cleaning items directly in the apartment: bagless hoover, dustpan and brush, broom, mop and bucket… Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: unlimited wi-fi, water, household waste tax, condominium fees, electricity, housing insurance.

All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

The Arceaux district is considered to be an inner-city village where it is pleasant to live. It is one of the most ancient districts in Montpellier and surely one of the richest in history. It successfully combines the old and the new faces of the city. The district is organized around two main attractions: the 800 meters long Aqueduct (more than 2500 feet!) and the most ancient botanical garden in Europe, which was inaugurated in 1593. Perfectly connected with the tramway (T3), this well situated district is full of interesting shops and boutiques. The most reputed organic street market, where you will find the best regional products, takes place here as well. The Promenade du Peyrou is a daydream for nature lovers – don’t miss the exceptional panoramic view over the city!
