Cozy apartment of 80 sqm, able to accommodate up to 4 people, with independent entrance located 9 minutes on foot from Pisa-Galileo Galilei Airport and 7 minutes on foot from the Central Station.
The area is well connected by public transport, thanks to which it is possible to reach all the points of interest of the city.
The property is in a enviable location and is equipped with every comfort, including the presence of a private parking space.
The apartment is on two levels, connected by a flight of stairs.
The inside is organized as follows:
-> GROUND FLOOR
- LIVING ROOM with armchair, single sofa bed, dining table and TV 42";
- KITCHEN with gas hob, dining table, refrigerator, moka, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, wine glasses and kitchenware.
-> FIRST FLOOR
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk:
- BEDROOM II with single bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, hydro-brush and toilet.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, clothes stand, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Parking is included; it is possible to park in the inner courtyard in front of the apartment entrance or on the right side of the fountain.
Pets allowed on request, upon payment of a supplement.
PLEASE NOTE: there are internal stairs, be careful if travelling with children.
PLEASE NOTE: It is compulsory to sign a rental contract which involves administrative fees starting from 97, with the amount varying according to the rent. The guest will be informed of these fees when the contract is signed. IT IS COMPULSORY TO BE IN POSSESSION OF AN ITALIAN TAX CODE
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Pisa (2.50 euros per person per night of stay). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.
Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via keybox at Bar La Cicala, Via Crispi 60 (160 mt from the apartment).
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00.
