The apartment is located in an apartment building built in 1996 in the middle of the new development quarter of Potsdam's Kirchsteigfeld district. The quiet housing estate is Potsdam's newest residential area, located in the south-east of the city and thus in close to the highway 115 / Potsdam-Drewitz exit. A small pond and a beautiful park are directly behind the house.
Bus and streetcar stops are just a few minutes' walk away. By car you can reach Europarc Dreilinden within 7 minutes and Berlin-West in about 10-15 minutes.
Supermarkets, pharmacy, medical center, bakery, restaurants / cafés / bistros, as well as the Stern-Center shopping mall are also within walking distance.
