Wonderful suite room in a beautiful apartment just renovated! The room (€ 370 all included) is extremely bright and fully furnished with brand new furniture. It is equipped with a comfortable armchair to watch your TV in the room.

The apartment is located in Via Gemona, 58 on the third floor of a historical building. Great location a 2 minute walk from Palazzo Antonini. Aperitif in the center? You are in full session of exams and do not want to move? The supermarket is a fiew minutes walk. Parking for bicycles. The apartment has been completely renovated, it consists of 4 single rooms, full bathroom, a spacious kitchen with new furniture and a confortable sittingroom!! What does all inclusive? Monthly rent + expenses + Heating + waste fee + electricity bill, water and gas + INTERNET.

So in summary:
•no agency fees
• zero maintenance fees
• No security deposit
• No header utilities
• individual contract
You will have only a fixed cost of 100 € for entry into the apartment that includes:
• Annual membership with maintenance included
• contract registration service
• Incoming and outgoing cleaning
• painting at the end of the lease
• tax

You will pay rent for each calendar month of your booking, including the month you move in and the month you move out.
Example: if you want to book the room from 7 September until 19 of January, you would pay the full monthly rent of September, October, November, December and January.
