The apartment is located In Via Bissuola 120, a few meters away from the city centre of Mestre, and it is made up of:
5 Huge Single Bedrooms, a fully equipped Kitchen, a very wide Terrace, 1 Bathroom and a Super Relax Room,
where you can watch TV or spend some time with your friends and housemates.
The surrounding area is very nice and quiet: the apartment is close to Parco Bissuola, the ideal place to have a walk or do some exercises outdoor. Moreover, the apartment is very close to the Old Town: If you walk along the street, in a few minutes you can reach the city centre of Mestre.
The bus stop is just in front of the building and here you can catch the bus to go to Venice (There is a bus every 10 minutes).
The building is very quiet and in the area you can find bars, restaurants, pastry shops the Supermarket Alì, that is 2 minutes away
from the house, and many other shops.
ALL-INCLUSIVE FORMULA will be added.
This includes:

- All the expenses for the condominium

- Assistance service in case of Maintenance Works

Once the booking is confirmed, you will have to :
✔provide to pay 2 month of deposit
✔pay the administration fee
✔provide all of your documents for the registration of the contract
If you don't provide the required information within one week of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
