This apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a small house with 16 residential units. The living room has a very comfortable bench that can be pulled out to form a bed. This can be used for visitors or on request for an additional guest. Opposite is the smart TV. In the same room there are two cupboards for clothes. There is also a desk for working. The window of the study or living room looks out onto the street. This is a one-way street and very small, so there is little traffic.
The apartment has a kitchen with a window onto the garden. Beautiful view, good air and quiet. In the kitchen there is also a table and armchair for eating. The kitchen is very well equipped and really practical for cooking. Next to the kitchen is the bedroom. This is furnished with a double bed (200x180) and a bedside table with a lamp. From this room you can access a balcony. The view from the balcony is again of the garden. Here you can drink your coffee comfortably, have breakfast but also read and work in peace.
