The apartment has 3 rooms and is a shared living arrangement; everyone lives quite independently, but we also value a friendly and respectful atmosphere.
Two rooms are rented to students or young adults in training.

The large room is furnished. It includes a kitchenette with a stove and sink. There is also a closet, a bed and table. The shower and toilet are located in the hallway and are shared.
The building has a bike storage room and a laundry room, each resident gets one laundry day per week.

(Personally, I’m only in my room on the weekends every few months.)
