Unsere zentrumsnahe Unterkunft ist die ideale Lösung für Ihre Wohnbedürfnisse (in der Nähe der U1-Station Reumannplatz).

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gasse im 10. Bezirk, Pernerstorfergasse, nahe der U-Bahn-Station Reumannplatz (Linie U1) sowie den Straßenbahnlinien 0 und 6.
Der Stephansplatz, die Oper und das Stadtzentrum sind in 15 Minuten erreichbar.
Der Hauptbahnhof ist nur 10 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Von dort aus gelangen Sie direkt zum Flughafen (eine Station, ca. 10 Minuten Fahrtzeit).
Die Unterkunft ist komplett möbliert und sofort bezugsfertig.
In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich die Supermärkte Lidl, Billa und Spar.
Der „Böhmische Prater“ (ein attraktives Erholungsgebiet) ist 10 Minuten entfernt.

Die Kaution und die Reinigungsgebühr können online überwiesen werden oder bar.

Our accommodation close to the center offers the solution for your living needs (near U1 Reumannplatz).

The accommodation is located in a quiet alley in the 10th district called Pernerstorfergasse, near the U1 Reumannplatz underground station and the 0 and 6 tram stations.
Stephansplatz, the Opera and the city center are 15 minutes away.
The main train station is 10 minutes far from the apartment. From there you can go directly to the airport (one station, about 10 minutes away by train).
The accommodation is fully furnished and ready to move into.
In the immediate vicinity are the supermarkets Lidl, Billa, Spar.
The old Bohemian Prater (an attractive recreation area) is 10 minutes away.

The security deposit and the cleaning fee can be paid via online transfer or in cash.
