Beautiful and cozy studio will be perfect for 2 or 3 people. It consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a balcony with garden furniture where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The living room is equipped with a sofa, a double bed, a large wardrobe with a mirror, an armchair, a coffee table and a TV with Internet access. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances for cooking and serving meals. There you will find an induction hob, a microwave, a toaster and basic dishes and cutlery.

DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDING AND AREA:
The apartment is located in a new housing estate at ul. Prince Witold in Wrocław. The beautiful surroundings and proximity to the city center make the apartment ideal for both business and recreational stays. There are numerous restaurants and cafes in the area - Zdrowa krowa restaurant (3 min walk), OK Wine Bar (3 min walk), exclusive restaurant La Maddalena (4 min walk) and many others. There are also several supermarkets around 8 minutes walk and a tram stop within 5 minutes walk.
The apartment is located in a beautiful area surrounded by a river. Nearby there is the Wrocław Marina, the University Bridge and the Pomeranian Bridge leading to the Old Town. Reaching Wrocław's Old Market Square will take only 10 minutes on foot.
SERVICES:
Bedding and towels(changed every 8 days) are included in the rent.
Final cleaning fee of 179zl is required at move-out.
If you wish to bring your pet a fee of 100zl applies.
A baby cot is available for a fee of 50zl/night.
No parking space provided. Parking is possible in the underground parking lot "Bulvary" (fees apply) located under the residential complex. The parking lot is monitored and open 24 hours a day.
Check-in 15:00-24:00, checkout until 11:00.
Pets are allowed.
