PRICING IN THE CASE OF A SHORTER RENTAL:
6 – 8 months +20% of a basic price
4 – 5 months +30% of a basic price
2 – 3 months +40% of a basic price
1 month +50% of a basic price
*BASIC PRICE is a total of rental price from headline + bills
ADDITIONAL COSTS: 300 PLN fixed amount (water, heating, electricity, taxes and waste), 120 PLN wifi, 200 PLN additional person
