Private room at Bataviastraat, Amsterdam

Hi everyone, I am looking for a new flatmate to share a spacious and light duplex apartment in Indische Buurt as of January 1, 2026. The rent is 850 EUR + utilities which adds up to around 980 EUR. There is a requirement for two months deposit which is returned after moving out. I would like to share it with someone who prefers to keep the house a quiet (and clean) home, someone grounded, in their 30's with a stable source of income. No couples please.
