This cozy 40 m2 apartment has all the essentials for your temporary stay in the city. The apartment is exterior, it is surrounded by windows that not only make the space very bright, but also allow us to have views of the Sagrada Familia and the sea.
Upon entering you will find the kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the utensils, utensils and appliances you will need from your arrival. It has a bar, and 2 high chairs, which opens onto the space where you will also find a sofa to rest and a coffee table.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is double, exterior and has a closet; the second bedroom has a single bed and a small chest of drawers. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower.
The apartment has fiber optics.
Located on the border of the Gracia neighborhoods. In the surroundings you can find all kinds of services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, bars and restaurants. A 10-minute walk away you will find the Hospital San Pau, one of the main landmarks of Catalan modernist architecture; and 15 minutes away is the impressive Basilica of the Sagrada Familia.
The nearest station is "Alfons X" (L4) 6 minutes away and "Joanic" 8 minutes away.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price
LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.
The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
