Dal corridoio si accede alle due camere da letto dove troviamo un comodo letto, che all’occorrenza si apre e ospita due persone, e uno matrimoniale. In bagno sono presenti un box doccia, un bidet e una lavatrice.
Il quartiere è fornitissimo e presenta qualsiasi tipo di servizi, fra cui molti supermercati, bar e una palestra.
Piazza dell'Unità, adiacente all'appartamento, è servita di numerosi autobus che portano nelle varie aree del centro di Bologna.

Delightful three-room apartment, finely furnished, located on the 3rd floor without elevator with two balconies. Located a few steps from the fair of Bologna and the beauties of the historic center.
This new and modern apartment opens onto a living area where there is a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV, a table with chairs and a kitchenette equipped with all the main appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher). From the corridor you access to two bedrooms where we find a comfortable bed, which can be opened and accommodates two people, and one double. The bathroom has a shower, bidet and washing machine.
The neighborhood is well stocked and has all kinds of services, including many supermarkets, bars and a gym.
Piazza dell'Unità, adjacent to the apartment, is served by numerous buses that take you to various areas of downtown Bologna.
