All contracts must end on 31 August, however the tenants can leave earlier by finding someone to take over at no extra cost.
The rent includes a condominium fee of 50 euros per month.
Please note that this accommodation provider requests an extra fee of 250 euros to pay corresponding to the contract closure fee and the final cleaning fee which will be deducted from the deposit at the end of your stay.
The admin fee and the deposit need to be paid before the arrival.

Check-ins on Sundays are not allowed.
In order to complete the booking and speed up the check-in process, guests are required to register on the accommodation provider's website and submit the documentation requested, namely proof of enrolment/work contract, guarantor's bank statement, ID, Italian tax code.
