At 815-square-feet and featuring sturdy hardwood floors, high ceilings, large windows, exposed brick walls, and radiator heating, this second-floor unit is perfect for a group of college roommates or young professionals who work or attend school in Boston. A newly-renovated, eat-in kitchen comes fully equipped with full-size appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave. Large, sunlit bedrooms offer closets and enough space for queen-size beds and additional furniture, such as nightstands and small desks. This smoke-free apartment also includes WiFi, keyless smart locks, and a wall-mounted TV. A four-minute walk will get you to Brighton Avenue, which serves as Allston’s main commercial thoroughfare. Here you will find an assortment of shops, restaurants, and drug stores.
