The apartment has been renovated and furnished in 2019.
It is located on the mezzanine floor and is very well divided. The bright living room has access to the sunny balcony. Another balcony is accessible from the kitchen and the bedroom.
Additionally there is a work guest room with a sofa bed. The bathroom is also completely new, including a rain shower. In the basement there is a shared washing machine and two drying rooms, as well as a bicycle cellar.

Die Wohnung ist in 2019 neu saniert und hochwertig möbliert worden.
Sie befindet sich im Hochparterre und ist sehr gut aufgeteilt. Das helle Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Zugang zum sonnigen Balkon. Ein weiterer Balkon ist zudem von der Küche und vom Schlafzimmer zugänglich.
Zusätzlich gibt es ein Arbeits-Gästezimmer mit einer Schlafcouch. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls komplett neu, inklusive einer Regendusche. Im Keller befindet sich eine gemeinschaftliche Waschmaschine und zwei Trockenräume, sowie ein Fahrradkeller.
