1. You need to pay a holding deposit equivalent to one week’s rent to secure your room with the property.
2. This holding deposit will form a part of your rental bond after you sign your residential tenancy agreement.

(i) the commencement date of your residential tenancy agreement or
(ii) 48 hours after payment of the holding deposit,

If you are not accepted into any education facility you applied for, you may request in writing for your booking to be cancelled in which case your booking will be cancelled and the holding deposit and all fees paid by you will be refunded in full.
2. In order to qualify for a Full Refund, you must provide the property with:
(i) written proof of the relevant circumstance.
(ii) a minimum of 2 weeks’ written notice prior to the commencement date of your residential tenancy agreement
(iii) a duly completed Refund Form.

2. Fortnightly payments.
Credit card, Debit card and Bank transfer.
The property does not require you to provide any guarantors.
