- To confirm your booking, you must pay 2 weeks' advance rent, a security deposit equivalent to 4 weeks' rent, a Community Spirit fee of A$100, a Residential Life fee of A$150, and 2 weeks of occupancy fees.
- Rent can be paid in easy monthly installments.
- A Departure Cleaning Fee of A$120 must be paid, and additional cleaning fees may apply.
