You will be able to find Sainsbury and Asda super-markets within walking distance from the accommodation as well.

The property is very well-connected to public transport, making it extremely convenient and time-saving for students to get around the city. The Vincent St bus stop is just a short 5-minute walk away whereas, the Coventry COV Train Station is located just an 8-minute walk from the property, making it an ideal student accommodation in Coventry. 

The property management applies a 14 day ‘cooling off period’ to bookings during which time all monies paid are refundable. Please refer to your tenancy agreement for your specific property for cancellation details in relation to your booking.

After 14 days cooling off period no reasons for cancellation would be accepted by the property. The student would be liable for the booking and would have to find a replacement tenant.

If you decide to leave early you remain responsible for the rent for the duration for your tenancy. However, if you are able to find a suitable replacement for your room, then the tenancy will be cancelled. In line with your tenancy agreement refunds will only be given when a suitable replacement is found.

To secure your room you need to pay a non-refundable admin fees of GBP 100.

1. You need to pay a security deposit to secure your room with the property. The security deposit depends on the room type you select and may change due to availability.

2. This is refundable at the end of the tenancy period, less any deductions and pending charges.

3. Payment in 2 instalments.

2. Only UK guarantor is accepted.
