Description

My name is Brian and I work as a motor mechanic. I’m single, easy going and I enjoy sports, travelling and meeting other people.

I can provide a caring stable environment, clean bedrooms with separate comfortable bed for each student, wardrobe space and a place for students to study in peace. All bedrooms have separate wardrobes, desk, wifi.

I’m available to assist students upon arrival with familiarising themselves with my house and locality. I will be present throughout the period of the students stay or make arrangements and make time each day to converse with students to help with their English as well as making them feel part of the family.

I also offer to bring guests to come food shopping with me every week or two weeks to pick up what they need.

In the home, I have an electric piano with headphones that guests are welcome to play if they wish. The headphones ensure that the music does not disturb any other guests.

I am located very close to the city centre, only 20 minutes away by bus, or 15 minutes away by luas (Dublin's tram service).

The gorgeous Phoenix Park is very close to me also - the park is where the president of Ireland resides, it is also home to Dublin zoo, and many wildlife creatures can be seen strolling around the park itself.

The Guinness Storehouse and the Jameson Distillery are both 20 minutes away by bus.

Another popular tourist attraction in the area is Kilmainham Gaol which is less than a 25-minute walk away from my home, and can be reached in under fifteen minutes by bus.

The Irish Museum of Modern Art is located just down the road from Kilmainham Gaol.

For shoppers, Liffey Valley Shopping Centre is only a 15-minute drive away, or between 20 and 30 minutes by bus.

There is also a gym that I frequent, it is under 10 minutes away walking.

Payment Method: Please note that I accept payments both in cash on arrival or in advance through PayPal.
