Our apartment complex was completed in 2019. Located on the fifth floor, the 20 sqm business apartments with balcony are tastefully decorated. The apartment is equipped with a single bed in size of(140x200). A modern look in green and grey ensures a harmonious colour scheme for well-being and relaxation. A weekly cleaning change of towels, bed linen and tea towels ensure a relaxed and well-kept living. Wi-Fi is included, elevator available.
Our particularly good location allows for quick transport connections in all directions by car or public transport. By car: direct access at the "Mörsenbroicher Ei" to the A52 motorway and above it to the A44, A3 and in a southerly direction to the A57. Düsseldorf International Airport is only 4km away. Near the apartment complex is the Heinrichstraße tram stop.
From there it is possible to reach Düsseldorf city centre after a 15-minute drive.
